The dark lipstick had me thinking 90s, hence the beanie, scarf, and muted stripes. However, the jeans aren't fitted enough, so the layered tank just looked bulky. Oh well.

Tuck the shirt in to make the skirt look extra high-waisted, add a bright lipstick for a pop of color.
